How Bonus Lawyers Can Help You
We’re able to help you with a number of different legal matters, such as:
- Accidents At Work – if you’ve been injured while at work and have cause to believe that it could have been avoided if your employer had done what was expected of them, you may be entitled to compensation. We can help with all types of workplace injury claims, from slips, trips and falls to being struck by an object or vehicle. Learn more about accident at work claims here.
- Road Traffic Accidents – with more people on the roads than ever, the risk of suffering an injury in a collision remains present. In 2020 alone there were over 115,000 casualties of all severities, according to figures published by the Department for Transport. You can learn more about road traffic accident claims here.
- Medical Negligence – each year the NHS spends over £2 billion on clinical negligence claims. With so many people using services, and with those services stretched, accidents do happen. If you’ve been affected, we can help. Learn more about medical negligence claims here.
- Housing Disrepair – if your rented or council property has fallen into a state of disrepair, you can take action against your landlord to get it fixed and to compensate you for any damage or distress the issue has caused. Learn more about housing disrepair claims here.
- Slips, Trips and Falls – when we’re out and about in the street, we don’t expect to trip and fall. In fact, these types of accidents can lead to serious injuries, from broken bones and fractures to lacerations that leave permanent scars. Learn more about slip, trip and fall claims here.
- Professional Negligence – if you’ve contracted with a solicitor, accountant or other professional to act on your behalf, but their actions amounted to negligence, causing you financial loss, you could make a claim. Learn more about professional negligence claims here.

No Win No Fee Claims With Bonus Lawyers
We believe that everybody should have the opportunity to seek redress if they’ve been injured through no fault of their own. That’s why we offer all of our clients the chance to pursue their claim on a No Win No Fee basis.
This is no doubt a term you’ve heard before, but sometimes it’s misinterpreted.
No Win No Fee essentially means that if your claim isn’t successful, you won’t be obligated to pay your solicitor’s fees. The formal name for a No Win No Fee agreement is a Conditional Fee Agreement. It’s given this name because payment to your solicitor is conditional upon them achieving a successful outcome.
In a successful claim, therefore, you’ll be asked to pay a small, legally capped fee which is deducted from your compensation award. This fee is used to help pay your solicitor’s costs.
We’re completely transparent when it comes to the fees we charge. In your No Win No Fee agreement that you’ll sign at the beginning of your claim, the percentage that your solicitor will deduct in the event of a successful outcome will be set out clearly.
And don’t forget, with Bonus Lawyers, we charge less than most, if not all of our competitors. To learn more, please get in touch, or head here to learn more about No Win No Fee claims.
